      Hey XXX,

The Lancet broke the embargo overnight. It was not supposed to happen until Wednesday night. So today is a big scramble to get the patient interviews to the media outlets. Stay tuned….

That could really screw with GR's timing (proxy vote, etc...) Not cool. He's been planning this thing for months now - he's got to be livid.

This actually makes sense.... The news was supposed to break to counter the dilution of the stock price. I hope ACT has a few more tricks up there sleaves..

this does makes sense in that the story broke here from article to article in an uncoordinated way. ACT did not lead with their PR first. I thought Rabin said it would be an agreed upon place with the media involving ACT and JSEI. Very strange indeed, but no blood no foul, let them play.

INTERESTING TIDBIT OUT OF THE PRELIMINARY RESULTS:

During the first postoperative week, the patient with age-related macular degeneration did not comply with the immunosuppression regimen and blood concentrations of the agents dropped below the therapeutic range.

I was thinking this did not do this breaking news justice whatsoever. I was right. We got screwed. This was not what Gary or Lanza had in mind. The good news is that we will remain in the spotlight, and I am hoping that we hear more about our pipeline in front of the media.

True, this could be seen as bad....LOTS of new investors come in on big news and within a week, they get diluted. Doesn't look good from an OTC standpoint.

It could also tell you that they expect to deliver shares on Thursday which would then PR into the massive dump. So could we be getting a big dump this week after tomorrow's proxy? Just speculating over here.
