Thinking Outside the Box for Cash

ACTC needs cash without dilution and ideally without giving away future profits. So how can this be done other than grants which are usually fairly small compared to what the company would like to have. Why not go shopping for a location? Kind of what sports teams have done? There are cities that have the means of raising funds for the purpose of attracting new industries so what would the bid be to have the future Merck or Pfizer in your city? I wonder if Omaha, Nebraska would have a resident that could pony up 50 million to bring the future of medicine to the MidWest? Future ACTC revenues will generate a lot of taxes being paid. First class University up the road in Lincoln. I'm sure there are other examples of cities or states that could be tempted.

Great idea...... but I remember when I lived in west chicago in 2001 there was talk of chicago paying boeing to move its headquarters there from washington. I think the offer was around 3 million. Dont quote me this was over ten years ago and I wasn't really paying that much attention.
