Can someone clarify the "India/China" reference from yesterday?

Lanza's made a point of standing up and saying we are moving aggressively forward in that region. The "Yes" was in reference to human studies in 18 or so months ( in China ) and have a JV done in China in that same time frame. The conversation was in regards to our RPE program.

Last point.... while we all expected this to be the case based on the China patent news, its great to hear explicit confirmation from both Rabin and Lanza.

The question I asked was from the group master list which was: The company was issued protection by the Chinese Patent office for protection of its RPE cells. Is ACT considering a human trial in China using these same cells in the next 18 months and or is ACT meeting with JV partners to do so in China?

This was the last question of the meeting and Gary was rushed and wanted to leave so he said to me..sorry but to keep this short..The answer to your question is YES and YES! That is when Lanza stood up and said 'aggressively".

Actually, I asked the last question after Johnny Storm. I asked if there was any updates on Korea. Gary said that they filed with the KFDA and are awaiting approval. But, I did have some conversation with Dr. Lanza about CHA and KFDA before the meeting. I can post later, when I Get home.
