This is the email Mesage I Sent Mike Tomas this morning. Please keep in mind that i am not really good at asking CEOs questions about about loans, finances, etc. Betting tips, etc etc.

Good morning Mr. Tomas,

I wanted to thank you for responding to my last email.

I read the quarterly and I know that everything comes down to "funding". I have a few questions
1. Has there been any discussion about doing any type of joint ventures with big pharma in the international market? If you are, are you looking for funding up front as part of a deal?like most deals we would have to lose something in return.

2. Has there been any interest from any institutional investment groups looking at us as a possible investment?

3. Do we have sufficient shares to obtain loans in the future? Not sure how much more loans we can get. I know you are cleaning up the finances as fast as you can.

4. Is there any potential good news coming soon that would help attract big investors? Of course you can not give details without first addressing the shareholders. I am just trying to get a good sense on which direction you/we are going in to get to the goal.

Yesterday BHRT traded only about 38,000 shares. I still want to add to my position; but honestly find myself being a little concerned over such low volume. Not even sure how many shares to put my order in for. Any thoughts????

I was thinking to buy more myself, but you are right the volume was low. I think people are holding ,waiting and watching. I sent an email to the CEO and have not received a reply. Its up to you if you want to buy more. Maybe you should, but don't go all out.

I received a reply from Mike Tomas. In a nut shell his priority is to raise funds and restart MARVEL and finalize it. When I get a chance, I will post the full email.

Here is the response I got back from Mike Tomas. He is focused. But this could be longer than we thought. Not sure if I am going to buy more now. Just hold.

Hi Marco. *As you know I have to be sensitive to not provide any material
or non-public information to one shareholder (vs. all). *I trust the Q
replies to most current activities and rest assured that among my top
priorities remains raising the funds required to restart and finalize
