    I don’t see the problem with succumbing to venture capitalists or private financing and I don’t think they do either as long as it is on terms acceptable to the company. What are those terms exactly? I don’t know. I have mixed feelings about that idea though. Part of me just wants them to seal a deal and move along, but then you look at ACT and you have to think twice. One of the most important lessons I feel that I have learned studying this sector is that, although science will get a company far, strong company fundamentals (financial, management, share structure if publicly traded, etc..) are necessary to reach the finish line. Bioheart is unique in that it has developed a strong science and has maintained good company fundamentals (with a few blips here and there) throughout its R&D phase. It should pay off nice when they raise enough money to get things moving.

    Wednesday, Thursday, Friday will be interesting. Kristin does her poster presentation thursday. Big pharma will be keeping a look out for potential investment. Kristinwill hopefully knock their socks off. I am wondering if mike Tomas will be attending. Anyway the tail end of this week is very very important to investors, BHRT, and the medical industry.

    Churchamus...you raise a good question that I am sure others ask as well. Mr. Tomas was kind enough to respond to that exact question this past weekend via email:


    Thank you for your note, Mr Carter. While the FDA would prefer that we move forward with our trials asap, there are no technical issues that I am aware of due to delays (there is no expiration date on the trial's approval, for example).


    By the way, I too am an InvestorStemCell fan and view the group's work as responsible, diligent and complete.


    Thanks for the kind words. Rest assured I will not rest until we secure the funds to restart our trials.

    Something is developing in Mexico IMO. I have seen several additional you tube vid's being added with BHRT hand from this facility in Mexico, also seeing Leinhardt at the presentation?
