The Back Bone of Regenerative Medicine!

First... I would like to say thanks to DeeDee and ScottyB for their questions. Their queries on the
Endothelium and Zohar (Presbia/new ACTC Director) in combination with good coffee this morning sent me
on a wild trail into Regenerative Medicine in General.

So I am here, posting my thoughts.

The backbone of human civilization is Water. A liquid.
And our success, was fed and will continue to be sustained by our ability
to harness and to distribute this seemingly ubiquitous but opt ignored
    liquid.

Water is life. We search for it in the Universe as our first indicator
    of the possibility of life.

I started posting that ACTC is a stock of the Century several weeks ago.
Mostly by my nose and instinct, that if we get a chance not to be taken over,
we will blast Regenerative Medicine wide open.

And then, this morning, I was taking a second look at Zohar/Presbia's Microlens and the endothelium...
    and Whoaaaaaaaa!

ACTC owns the Eyes, which is the Light of Life!
Blood, which is the Water of Life!
And, the Endothelium, which is the Pluming of Life!

What the fuck! How lucky can one get!
That Lanza is bigger than I have any idea!

Many, many Doctors will tell you that your Body's health
and age is only as good as the condition and health of your Blood Vessels!
Many, many human diseases/infections are related/connected/propagated via
the Blood and the Endothelial System (plumbing of the Body).

The Manufacturing and Pumping Station of the Blood System is the Bone Marrow.
    The Water is the Blood.
    The Plumbing is the Endothelium.

From the front of the Eye, Cornea...
the Pumping Station of the Body, the Heart ...
to the locomotive, the legs and the arms...
One will find ACTC's Science and Technology involve.

And We have the Cells, to do all of these!
And the magic... is ACTC's got the fucking Patents for all of these!

    Stock of the Century!

Ceasar, I just put 2 and 2 together and the addition of Zohar is NOT for our RPE program. He is here for our CORNEAL EPITHELIUM program. Yes, we must be getting close to an IND!!!
People were wondering his connection. Zohar is our front of the eye expert. Thoughts?

    Gizmo,

If I may, and I hope you do not mind.

Optimism or Pessimism are not in my vocabulary.
I actually do not understand it. I know its meaning but I only
think in probabilities, and is unrelated to how I feel.

I see things in Pictures, and if it is not logical.
    I simply erase it.

But, yes... I am confident, and thanks.

This is amazing, so collectively this is coming together like a beautiful portrait. I can see the the image now, and it is breath-taking. People will look back at this and not understand why they didn't hold their nose and buy. The bondholders are like a fart that will clear very fast. It may stink for a second and it will disappear.

My experience is that the right people in the right space will make you money. ACTC has the right people and is definitely in the right space. I have never ever seen an investment opportunity such as ACTC. ACTC is unique with Dr. Lanza, its IP stable ,an emerging world wide domination strategy and a now a spark of good strategy execution. ACTC is poised for financial success. Thanks everybody and good luck!

    Ceasar,
I don't want to offend you with my response to your post. Trust me, I love to speculate and read into every little detail and potential happenings with this company. However, if our pipeline and potential is of such a magnitude, why are we still stuck at an abysmal pps? Are we truly the 1-2% of the population who are visionaries of the future of medicine? Is the market timid regarding biotech firms and don't want to invest until tangible results are proven? If this was back in the
the 1990's, would we be at several dollars a share based off of speculation alone? With all or potential, why haven't we been bought out at an earlier stage? I want to be clear that I am not doubting you. My brother and I had a long talk about ACT and we both agree on the future of stem cells and regenerative medicine, but it is almost laughable that the pps is still where it is given everything. Sometimes I think it is a sick joke that I know of a company (which is off the radar for everyone I talk to)that could be such a life changer in so many ways (medically, financially etc)but hasn't truly catalysed from a potential to an actual. This post might imply frustration, but trust me I am still buying shares. I won't sell, but at the same time, I would love to see an increase of value to settle my mind!

Spart, this my opinion. No one outside of ICell believes we can cure anything, or we would be at several dollars (which we will if all goes according to plan). When they announce we have reversed blindness and can prove unequivocally with objective data such as before and after photos and visual acuity before and after tests, not only will investors see dollar signs for AMD, they will say to themselves if they were successful for this, what else is next, and they will see literally trillions of dollars in potential revenue. There is nothing like this. All the evidence of successful trials is written clearly in dark black indelible magic marker for everyone that is paying attention. We are at .10 because their are no speculators in the market, but IMO the speculation is out of the equation with what has been said and all the plans ahead as well as additions to staff and employees. Good luck. It's coming.

I think the BIG reason we're stuck pps wise and have been stuck for a while, is that there have been no results released as of yet that validates our science. There hasn't been one speck of proof yet that hescs actually work. Lanza and Rabin hinting that we have efficacy isn't going to boost the pps. I believe the market is waiting on definitive proof of attachment and efficacy period. With results and injections being delayed, the lawsuits rearing their ugly head, and the eurozone possibly disintegrating we languish at .10. WE need results ASAP!!

    Hi Spart,

I think often about the question you have posed. I am not Ceaser but I have an opinion.

First, look at the two peices of information from Wikipedia:

1.Fundamental analysis maintains that markets may misprice a security in the short run but that the "correct" price will eventually be reached. Profits can be made by trading the mispriced security and then waiting for the market to recognize its "mistake" and reprice the security.

2.Technical analysis maintains that all information is reflected already in the stock price. Trends 'are your friend' and sentiment changes predate and predict trend changes. Investors' emotional responses to price movements lead to recognizable price chart patterns. Technical analysis does not care what the 'value' of a stock is. Their price predictions are only extrapolations from historical price patterns.

I agree with the statement that markets may misprice a security in the short run but that the "correct" price will eventually be reached. Profits can be made by trading the mispriced security and then waiting for the market to recognize its "mistake" and reprice the security.

So there are many known unknows that we want resolved and answers to. IMO it appears that Ceaser forms a picture in his mind based on information gathered and DD and forms a premis/hypothosis relative to potential and future performance. Ceaser if you think I am all wet behind the ears its ok, I am sure you will correct me.

Thanks for the multiple responses! One thing I keep bringing up to people in general and especially to myself, is whether there will be a stem cell bubble??? I would like to think that once the science is validated then there might be huge infusions of new investors looking to make the next buck. I can't wrap my head around where the next bubble will come from, but ACTC looks to be able to fill that void. I can only imagine if after the science is validated, how ACTC will be valued regarding future/potential revenue? Could we see a similar situation as DNDN where pps skyrockets in the short term only to be "corrected" based on actual earnings? I would love to see this stock jump to $15-20 on hype alone, only to drop back down to $5-6 once the excitement is over. Housing is dead. .com era is over. Gold is maximized (in my opinion). Oil did bubble but has since somewhat settled. Financials made a short comeback after TARP. What other arena is left to allow for ridiculous profits?

We went from .18 to .10, based on the the mini market dump this past summer, coupled with the first 8k that dealt with the lawsuits. No word about other trial sites, nor second injections didn't help either. Dmsb go ahead, and then no more word about it. The second set was to be injected with 50,000 cells at jules. No word from GR as to why the delay. Next thing we hear is pending IRB approvals for additional sites. That's a pretty big matzoh ball hanging out there, to leave unexplained. Maybe stating the reason would be giving it all away too soon. If you stand back and think about it, you can see that the silence is speaking volumes.

Most certainly there could be something like the dotcom explosion. Feeed has made this comparison many times and I totally agree. This is the next frontier, IMO, and ACT is poised to be the leader.

    spart,

I've been thinking along those same lines. There isn't any other sector of the market that is offering much excitement for investors. Perhaps regenerative medicine is going to be the .com boom of the coming decade. The potential is awesome- there are 6 billion humanoids out there who need fixing.
