I'd tell all those scientists to jump the border to the east and head over to Wisconsin, but I don't think we (WI) are heading in the right direction either. Perhaps they should jump the border to their north and head up towards you.

I agree we are pretty liberal compared to the states mentioned that are looking at restricting the activities, but we just don't have the $$ (loonies!)
