    Hey Gary kiss my a@@ i am pissed he talks to us like were some uniformed,inpatient noose to him hey Gary your the one that said OCt.and then when we question you were impatient Your the one that said you wouldn't dare ask us to raise the a/s without accompanying great news and you give us nothing but were impatient no i am not impatient i am just stupid enough to actually believe your words.He has two days no great news in two days he looses my respect forever and i want him out.He is showing all of us 0 respect and that's not cool.Impatient what a freaking joke

    I suggest you go back and listen to his words he said it more then once.Properly at Yahoo what does that even mean be sheep and change history i don't care i know what he has said believe me. At the very least his communication skills stink

    He said in his own words if they change the share structure of the company he would not dare unless he accompanied it with great news a jv or update on patients his words and i think asking for 600,000,000 million shares over the lawsuit number is changing the SHARE STRUCURE OF THE COMPANY

    Perhaps the news comes on January 24th or about that time....This is just a filing for the proxy...Its not official until voted upon...

    Onece voted upon I'm sure the news will be out....

    I feel pretty confident that Gary and his team who are a lot smarter than you and I (in particular Lanza and Langer)you have a designed strategy to get us going in the right direction....

    This is big news - not going to move the pps thats for sure, but its needed before we can proceed with everything esle...Now have patience and you will be rewarded....Google, MSFT, Apple didnt become who they are over night..

    Ages you may want to double check the grammar and usage of your messages before posting. I say that not out of malice but out of concern that you are interested in being taken seriously. If you don't want to come off as an unintelligible boor then you should take care with your spelling and grammar.

    To address your concerns I disagree with the sentiment that we are being deceived. Today's news sends a strong message in a positive direction, and we are primed for excellent news now. All we have to do is wait (a 4-year shareholder like yourself knows the waiting game all too well and has been through rougher times). This lawsuit business was the last albatross around our neck before we could proceed optimistically.

    Just so you know, as well, it IS impatient to demand news within the next two days.

    I don't recall specifically being referred to as impatient, and the fact stands that we ARE impatient. It's not an insult if it's truthful. Demanding that it's time to give something substantial is the definition of impatience. The necessary events that will unfold are not on our timeline.

    It's not frowned upon to post your thoughts. It is frowned upon to present misinformation. If Rabin has said time and time again that we are impatient, it would be easy to reproduce a quote. Can you?

    What gets people upset is unwarranted criticism. NOBODY here is happy with the share price, and everybody wants to know the results. If you are awaiting them so patiently as you claim then you would know that we're not being pompous, and we're not drinking kool-aid. We're waiting, and it upsets people to see unfounded claims like "We're all being deceived by management." You have no substantiation for that, so there is no place for it.

    This is the PERSON/CEO you should be bashing my friend. The Person cleaning up HIS mess is the messenger.
