Anyday IMO. The below was from Rabin's 2/16 blog.

I must be getting it confused with something else. Sorry. Nevertheless, going by the mid Feb. blog, I anticipate it being any day now. Although I wouldn't be surprised if we don't hear about it until the shareholders meeting.

I heard Marcus Hilton beat the pants off Gary Rabin in a poker tournament this weekend...

Must have been hard for him.

In the next tournament, he'll surely lose again, as he continues to pile up the losses in the losers bracket. Luckily for him though, he never spends a dime with the company he's the CEO of, so there will still be plenty of money available for future tournaments and monetary losses.

This next tournament is to feature five, including Gary.

First you have Gary's neighbor, a boy with down syndrome that has cut Gary's lawn in the past in the summer time to earn some money.

The second in the group is a homeless black man that Gary stumbled upon at the local grocery store that pushes a shopping cart all day long because he lost the numbers to Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton.

The third player is some white gay guy that's currently in the middle of a sex change where the doctor gave up prematurely on his operations. Wait, I think it's a guy.

The fourth contestant is an elderly woman at the local nursing home who is both incompetent, and incontinent. She promises to wear depends to the tournament, but with her, it really depends.

I'd bet all of Lanza's millions of freebie tax payoff related shares that Gary will hands down lose this upcoming tournament, as I truly believe in the ability of these four other contestants to beat this washed up, 'POS' CEO.

The POS of course means Position of Strength.

The POS without a finished trial is nothing but a wish on the so called big board. A wish for a take over or JV. And if that does not happen more dilution. How are you doing Marcus?

Maybe AMD this week? This is getting old. Let's face it, Gary doesn't care about the uninvestable share price now. Great time to buy for the brave! He only cares about it AFTER the 80-1 split. And it has to be 80-1. In fact, 80-1 only gives us about a $7 share price. $10 would have been better post split. Had they known we'd drop this far perhaps they'd have proposed an even larger reverse split in the proxy.....

This is unnerving. We've been mocked, made fun of, But chin up everyone! April 26 is just around the corner. Better days are ahead if we can just hold out a little longer. I'd sell if I didn't think that was true. And I haven't sold. I know that makes me look foolish considering the losses I've piled up!

Another no news day it looks like. Extremely frustrating imo. At this point you KNOW there have been some news events that have occurred and it's completely obvious that it's being withheld. Getting pissed now at this point...

I thought from the CC Gary mentioned he would most likely not being PRing little news of injections? It was a response to a question from a CC, but believe they'll stop doing PRs until the entire cohort is complete.

At any case, even if a PR is released about injection of the AMD patients the news isn't going to do much to the PPS. I would want to wait till after the complete set of cohorts are injected then do it.
