    Forum "clutter" ?

Perhaps interesting to some...but I find forums such as "Baseball 2012 Season", "G-Man's Weird Science-UFO's", and (often) "ACT Off Topics" unrelated to the iCell mission statement... "Investor Stem Cell is dedicated to bringing investors and stakeholders together in thoughtful discussion to educate and publicize the incredible advancements in the regenerative medicine sector.

    Skipball,

I'm with ya on this one. Seems like the best solution might be to create a separate section of the forum where we can post all kinds of wacky stuff, but a visitor to the site would have to make a conscious effort to go there. I'd rather not see wildly off-topic stuff mixed in with medical and financial discussions. I do understand the urge to post wild and funny and entertaining stuff, and I might do some of that myself-- but it shouldn't be part of the front page. Maybe Feed and the moderators could chime in here....?

I disagree. We're more than just an investment group, many of us, but more like a family and wish to discuss many other matters.

I think the problem that you mention, is that the TOP 10 stat probably needs to be used in the ACT forum, so you can follow ONLY ACT or whichever company for that matter, giving you the ability to click on the most recent post that's new and what you're interested in.

Having non-investment related Discussion groups LISTED on the main page shouldn't be an issue. The more content, the better.

I would separate the discussion groups out. It does seem kind of odd having stem related discussion groups with sports, aliens, and the outhouse.

All it takes is having one labeled for stem cell discussion, and the other for off topic.

It is a work in process and I am planning a section dedicated to the differnt type of stem cell research, i.e hESC, iPSC, Adult, Cord, and etc etc etc etc etc etc.

The reason I have increased groups is because iCELL needs to be free in order to "Investor Stem Cell is dedicated to bringing investors and stakeholders together in thoughtful discussion to educate and publicize the incredible advancements in the regenerative medicine sector.

The longer members stay on iCELL the more revenue it creates from our ad sponsors. Please keep the suggestions coming..

    Best

I don't have a problem with any so called clutter. I have spent hours in Gman's area. I hit new posts, look for things of interest to me and go from there. I really enjoy some of these sites when it is a slow day like we had today. I am so thrilled with this forum that I am not going to second guess anything Feeed and company want to put on here. It's all good.

I just click on what i like/need to read and enjoy the off topic stuff when I am inclined to--jmho--but it gives me a break from the serious topics of investing/actc/lawsuits/os/rs/ trial results/etc. and gives me an opportunity to meet/joke with/enjoy the different and wonderful personalities of the various bd members I have come to know. This bd should not scare anyone more than some of Dr Lanza's books--I say this with a welcome to the bd to any investor and a belief that this bd and the members (especially those that have been around for years) have developed and are developing with new members a special ACTC bond. Please forgive any sentimentality as I have grown fond of various members for a variety of reasons over the years. I welcome all and glta
